Prior to shipment, we provide detailed photos and a walkaround video so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Condition Confirmation at Delivery

At delivery, the buyer confirms the motorcycle’s condition by signing the delivery acceptance form and/or providing photos. This process clearly documents the motorcycle's condition for both parties.

Out-of-State Buyers

• Notify us within the 72-hour window by phone, email, or text
• Return arrangements are coordinated with our team
• The motorcycle is inspected upon retrieval
• Once the return conditions are met, we complete the return according to the written return terms
• Bob's Motorcycle Sales pays the return shipping cost when the written return conditions are met

In-State Buyers

• Return the motorcycle to our location
• After inspection and verification, we complete the return according to the written return terms

To qualify for the 72-hour return period:

• No new damage
• No modifications
• No tuning or unauthorized performance alterations
• No reckless riding or misuse
• No abnormal wear beyond normal evaluation riding

Definition of “No Damage”: No new cosmetic or mechanical damage, abnormal wear, or evidence of misuse beyond normal evaluation riding.

If an issue arises during the 72-hour period, we work with the buyer to address it fairly and professionally.
